What currency are your prices in?

Update: All prices are in US Dollars. We accept other currencies. You may fully check-out with your country's own currency if your country's currency is on our accepted currency list.

I want to cancel my order, what can I do?

Once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel it.

I forgot to enter a discount code, can you add it in?

Once an order has been made we cannot add/amend discount codes or refund partial amounts. Good news is you can always use it next time.

I’ve entered my shipping address wrong – how can I change it?

Please double-check that you have entered your full shipping address correctly. If you have a "Unit" number, make sure to enter it. We are not liable for your package going to the wrong address should you entered it incorrectly upon checking out.

What is the status of my order?

All items take 3-10 business days to package and dispatch but may require up to 2 weeks during high periods before shipping out to your destination. Order processing time is separate from delivery time.

Once your item has been shipped please allow up to 24-48 hours for the system to update, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can track your parcel via the link and follow it’s delivery. If you need a further update or if there is an issue with your tracking please contact help@shopkliou.com.

When will I receive my order?

Orders may take between 3-10 business days to process, though may require up to 2 weeks during high periods  before shipping out to your destination. Order processing time is separate from delivery time. Once the package clears customs of your country, the package is in transit to your shipping address. 

I can't see updates on my order?

Do not worry! We ship our parcels via a private shipping partner and tracking will begin updating when it arrives to your country's local mail carrier. Your country's mail carrier will need 24-48 hours to scan in the package into their system, and then deliver it to you.

Our General Special Line typically delivers within 7-14 business days, depending on your location. Allow extra time for rural locations.

International Orders (UK, Australia, Germany + Rest of the World)

For international orders, our General Special Line usually delivers within 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping Delays

In the rare event of unforeseen circumstances causing shipping delays, we'll communicate this on our website's homepage. Please be aware that due to factors beyond our control, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for worldwide shipping. 

If an item is out of stock, it may take a few weeks to restock our warehouse. For orders with popular items facing stock availability issues, processing and dispatch may take an extra 3-5 business days. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these situations.

International Shipping Notice

Customers are responsible for international taxes and duties. We do not handle communications with customs centers. In the case of a return, duties and shipping fees won't be refunded.

Order Processing Times
All orders are usually processed and shipped out within 3-10 business days (not including weekends), but please allow up to 2 weeks. You will receive an email once your order has dispatched. Depending on your destination, shipping usually takes about 7 - 21 days after the package has been shipped out, but due to unpredictable customs please allow for up to 30 days before contacting us. During sales and peak season these times may be extended.

If an item is out of stock, an additional week may be required for shipping. Packages are shipped from our fulfillment centers overseas, and some orders may arrive in separate packages due to different stock locations.

Imported. We recommend sizing up if you require a looser, relax fit. Please make sure to double check the measurement tables to help you know if the sizing is correct for your own body type. Allow 1-3 cm measurement error due to manual  measurements.
