No Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges. Be aware that digital colors may slightly differ from actual products.

STARTING March 2024, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ALL ORDERS PLACED ON OR AFTER THIS DATE.

In the rare event of receiving a defective item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with attached photos (front side and back side of product)/and or video evidence sent to help@shopkliou.com. We will make it right for you with reasonable solution.

As we have Quality Control department overseeing products, deliberate damage to the item will not be accepted. 

If you change your mind upon receiving your order, we suggest you sell the item(s) on your third-party market place of choice. This is an effective green choice solution, thus lowering impact on our planet.

Please note loose threads and closed buttons do not count as damage.

Orders Placed Prior to March 1, 2024

Returns for Store Credit Only:

All returns will be processed as store credits. Please note buyers bear the return shipping cost.

How it Works:

  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.

  2. Store Credit Processing: Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we will issue you store credits equivalent to the purchase price minus any shipping fee to send product to you. Store credits will be sent to you via email.

  3. Using Your Store Credits: You can use your store credits for any future purchases on our website. Simply apply the credits during the checkout process.

Exceptions:

  1. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the product. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement upon you contacting us with photo(s) of the damaged or defective items. Please note loose threads and closed buttons do not count as damage.

  1. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  2. Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return and issue store credits.
