The base currency is USD.

I want to cancel my order, what can I do?
Once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel it.
I forgot to enter a discount code, can you add it in?
Once an order has been made we cannot add/amend discount codes or refund partial amounts. Good news is you can always use it next time.
I’ve entered my shipping address wrong – how can I change it?
Please double-check you have enter your proper shipping information.
Remember to add your "Unit or Apartment number" if you have that in Address Line 2.
If your order has already been processed, we are unable to update your shipping address. Shop Kliou is not liable for the incorrect shipping address inputted by the customer.
I only got a part of my order - where is the rest of it?
Don't worry, rest assured your order is still on it's way to you. To give you the quickest delivery possible, your order may come in multiple shipments. You will receive a shipping confirmation once each parcel is on its way, inclusive of a final package shipping confirmation email.
What is the status of my order?
All items take 3-10 business days to package and dispatch but may require up to 2 weeks* during high periods (Holidays/Sales) before shipping out to your destination. Order processing time is separate from delivery time.
Delivery time may be impacted by your location's weather and your local carrier's shipment time frame (USPS).

Once your item has been dispatched please allow up to 24-48 hours for the shipping confirmation email to update, and tracking to update within the carrier's system.
You can track your parcel via the link and follow it’s delivery. If you need a further update or if there is an issue with your tracking please contact help@shopkliou.com.

I can't see updates on my order?
Do not worry! We ship our parcels via a private shipping partner and tracking will begin updating when it arrives to your countries logistic centre.
As most clothing are imported, we recommend sizing up. Please double check the measurement tables.
Please note that all items are measured manually so they may be 1-3 cm off.

Order Processing Time Information
International Shipping Notice
We know carrier issues and delays can happen. We find that some carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” when it is still out for delivery and will sometimes physically deliver the parcel within the next four business days. Packages may be mistakenly scanned as delivered by your local carrier company up to 4 business days before arrival.
After 4 business days, if your order is showing as "Delivered” by the carrier, and you have still not located your package, and you have checked the area surrounding your delivery address please directly contact your local carrier company shown in your tracking (e.g. USPS).
