USA 🇺🇸 & Canada 🇨🇦

  • Typically delivers within 3-10 business days
    depending on your shipping address 📬

  • May require up to 21 business days
    if you are located in a rural/remote location

International 🌏 (UK, Australia, Germany + Rest of the World)

  • General Special Line typically delivers within 7-14 business days


Order Processing Time Information

  • Orders require 3-10 business days to package and dispatch
    May require up to 2 weeks for high demand items*
    & or during high volume periods (e.g. holidays & sales event)
    before shipping out to your destination

    During high volume periods: processing and dispatch will require extra time. We appreciate your understanding and patience.


    International Shipping Notice

    • Customers are responsible for international taxes and duties. We do not handle communications with customs centers. 


    Local Mail Carrier Missing Package

     

    We know carrier issues and delays can happen. We find that some carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” when it is still out for delivery and will sometimes physically deliver the parcel within the next four business days. Packages may be mistakenly scanned as delivered by your local carrier company up to 4 business days before arrival.

    After 4 business days, if your order is showing as "Delivered” by the carrier, and you have still not located your package, and you have checked the area surrounding your delivery address please directly contact your local carrier company shown in your tracking (e.g. USPS).

    Please note, Shop Kliou is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. If you believe this was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly. 

    Advice:
    • Ask family members or others living with you/neighbours if they have seen the package addressed to you.
    • Verify if you had inputted correct shipping address during order placement.
    • Look for notice of delivery left for you at your mailbox or wherever you receive mail.
    • Check around the delivery area.
    • If all fails, contact your local carrier company with your tracking information.


    Due to external factors, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for worldwide shipping.
